I had received an offer in Tata Consultancy in the month of Jan 2022 but due to some reasons i have rejected that offer, and again attended the interview and selected but the offer which i was received for some account(A) what ever the interview attended in recently and selected for another account(B) now HR is saying that since you already an offer in account(A) we are trying to pull to account(B), so need to get an approvals. Pls let me knw hw many days it will take to get the approvals.

Have been at Morgan for 1 year and looking to come over to JPM for an ideal pay bump, but would like to get into IB type roll. Any insight on what I should expect or how to go about applying?
