I had salary discussion in hcl before 2 weeks and HR agreed upon a package and said that she will get approval for that , now after 2 weeks she sent a mail that candidature is on hold due to high ask.
Not sure if they will be ready to renegotiate or can i assume that its like rejected.

.they asked whether they can schedule interview on Wednesday....i said Yes.

Join any dam company in world but dont join lala company HCL. Worked there for 20 days only last yr and 1year later i got my relieving letter after multiple tortures of legal notices for not serving notice period even though when they themselves released me.. from 160k to 0 that i paid them.
