True they are very responsive on twitter too. Search the SWA forum on flyertalk too. There are some good escalation tips in there

Contd.. I went up to the baggage desk and they told me they didnt know where the bag is and they would know only if it arrived in an airport because they dont scan baggage otherwise or have any other sort of tracking mechanism (such as like in Delta, AA etc). Not knowing what I would do in terms of my outfit and shoes, I asked them how much can I spend if I dont get my bags for the weekend. They said $50 and I lost it! When I had a break down, the lady at the counter said that I need to keep it down as she has to work with other people. Most shittiest airline experience ever! What should I do? I wanna escalate this and let folks know how shitty their lost baggage policy and handling protocols are.
SWA customer service is generally pretty good. Start ripping them on Twitter
If you have Chase Sapphire reserve or a similar card, you can expense the purchase of new clothes.
This is why you get insurance. Southwest is a budget airline, so don’t expect the same capabilities or compensation when things go wrong.
