I have 1.3yoe at Accenture in support project based on ETL tools. I got a digital specialist engineer offer in Infosys (for freshers). Can someone please suggest if I should switch there as I'm not learning much and work env n management is not good here, working 12 hrs daily doing repetitive tasks. I joined a project that had already started and the team already settled on creating a user journey map, even though none of them are designers or in ux. I also have no experience in this field as I'm a data engineer. The user journey map was for mapping out the process for tenants finding housing assistance, so not a technical product. I didn't apply for a job that would have set me up for the future in the government. I wouldn't have to worry about money or future jobs. My boss had just given me a small pay rise and talked up the future and so I felt good. I now severely regret not applying for the job and cannot stop thinking about it to the point of insomnia and depression. I even contacted the employer but too late.
