I have 2 offers in hand, one from Wells Fargo and the other from Deloitte usi, both offering the same package. However, Deloitte comes with Night shift timings. I'm a single female. I wanna join in Deloitte, however I'm worried if I'm married in near future (let's say next may), family might not allow me to continue to work in night shifts and it'll be too soon to shift. Also, couple of friends say that night shift job comes with lots of health complications.What to do?! Please suggest.

So I’m in industry from big 4, and a colleague with same yoe comes from MBB. High paying tech firm. I think I work harder and produce quality content at speed, but they can hold executive conversations that tend to impress senior stakeholders.

Big 4 produces work horses and MBB produces leaders. Also they could be a work horse too since I don’t have full visibility.
