I have a choice of 2 positions in insurance. I'm a person who is starting their career. One position is less money (10 percent less than the small business) but is a 25-minute walk from home with a large, corporate insurance company. The other is a small business and requires a 3 hour a day commute (both ways). I'm working at the small business right now as a broker and I have one more week to make a choice whether or not to take the corporate job (as a broker). I don't know know what to do.

I’m highly disappointed about the fact that whenever I talk to the HR teams or recruiters about joining bonus, they state there’s no provision. However, my male colleagues or ex co-workers who interviewed for the same position where offered a joining bonus. I have been talking to a recruiter for a little over a month about a position. I let her know out the gate that I really wasn’t looking to change jobs, but she just kept wanting to continuing the conversation.
