sounds to me like getting 2 hours of your day back is worth it
I would go with the job that has a shorter commute. You’d be able to save more by not having to spend so much on travel to and from.
There’s also likely much more room to grow at the large company with the shorter commute.
Trust me, go with the larger company. They tend to have so much room for advancement, and other opportunities to transfer to. Sometimes they will pay for relocation At Liberty Mutual they paid my relocation from Central PA to San Diego!
