I have a commercial building in a very traveled location . I'm licensed and sell auto for progressive.
The problem is that it's hard to make that jump from a job that pays regular to winging it on insurance.
I don't have another source of income .
How does anyone start this and make it financially?
My building is just sitting there right now and I'm paying rent and lights and heat etc.
I'd much rather be just selling insurance than driving a city bus 8 to 12 hours a day.

I hear a lot of talk about how claims adjusting is a lot of work and very demanding but I think my current position has prepared me for the challenge. What are some good companies I maybe should apply for after getting my license?

As of late, my work related anxiety has reached new levels and it’s really starting to affect me mentally. I’m part of a great team; I’m trusted and supported, have a great track record, there are no issues, and have been no incidents. Regardless, my professional self perception and confidence is so rattled as of late, it’s almost like a paralysis at times. Hello, I am a junior business administrator working in advisory operations. I have been with the company for 6 months, and was employed along with 2 other colleagues. I have picked the job up really fast and am even doing some “extra curricula’s” I really love my job. However I have recently found out I am being paid the same as an apprentice on my team, I usually do at 3 x the work he does whilst also doing my Cert CII. It has really disheartened me and I feel I should be earning more money
