I have a commercial building in a very traveled location . I'm licensed and sell auto for progressive.
The problem is that it's hard to make that jump from a job that pays regular to winging it on insurance.
I don't have another source of income .
How does anyone start this and make it financially?
My building is just sitting there right now and I'm paying rent and lights and heat etc.
I'd much rather be just selling insurance than driving a city bus 8 to 12 hours a day.

Possibly. Send me a message

I get that it is scary to make that jump! I am life and medical insurance licensed and thought about doing that sometime. Are you able to make it as a part time at your current job without it being too strenuous on your budget? If you own it and not ready to make that jump why not lease it to a small business or another licensed professional and make it a team effort?

I’m a certified Health Coach (my training/courses are CCE-accredited by the International Coach Federation) w/ a BS in Psychology. I got a temp to hire starting at $18/hr. It is my first professional health coach job & they did not require temps to have a coaching certification, but I have one. I’d like to know if temps could negotiate salary when given the job offer. The position is remote & I’d like $20/hr. I’ve invested in myself as a coach & plan to complete board certification by early 2023
