So I have accepted the offer from X company, I am in my notice periods now, but Y company is giving me a better offer, so can I negotiate with X company with Y company offer even after accepting there offer letter of X company?(Since I want to join X company only because of there company name and team)

I recently interviewed with Natwest and I got confirmation that they wanted to offer a role. Salary negotiations were started. However, now I got an email from the hiring manager that hiring for my role has been paused due to the ongoing cost of living crisis.
