I have a flight from ORD to Delhi with a 2hr layover in Paris. I'm going for my visa stamping (so I have the approval notice but not a valid visa stamp). Would I need a transit visa for 2hrs. The France visa website and the CDG website seem to give conflicting information and no one picks up the call at the embassy. Would love to have some insight if anyone has recently travelled through the same route. Appreciate the help.

I’ve built a reputation I’m proud of @ my company. I’m underpaid for what I do (started as an intern) & recently asked for a market adjustment. Management acknowledged that I’m undervalued & plans to set me up for a promotion. It’d come with more responsibility, which doesn’t align with my goals.

Is it wise for me to remain open to a promotion just for increased pay? Or should I be transparent with management about my goals (& possibly not get the pay I’m asking for)? Or any other tips?

Recently got my child's passport renewed. Child is minor so effectively a new passport. Here is the timeline, with just regular service.

6/2 Applied in person at the local county office
6/6 The application reached the State Dept
7/9 Got email that status changed to Approved
7/12 Received the new passport
