I have a offer from IBM with all fixed pay. They said bonus is 10% but is not mentioned as part of ctc. Does Ibm give variable pay / bonus yearly and if yes what's the percentage.?

Offer letter mentioned recovery of joining bonus if separation before 1 year. If i resign now ,my lwd is beyond 1year since I joined 10 months back. Which date will be considered here? Day of separation filing or actual lwd .

Guys, I had very less HRA for April 2022 till August 2022. I was showing 1 lac annual rent .I joined new organisation in sept and now HRA is 43000 per month. Would that be okay to show high rent as 30000 per month to my wife as landlord. Earlier I was paying 9000 rs per month to different landlord. @ IBM
