I have a problem. I got a message from the company to complete a project within 2 days, but it's beyond my skill level. It requires web scraping and also deploying the project.

I think I completed it with the help of AI tools, but I still struggle to fully understand it.
What should I say in the interview if they ask me to explain the project?
Any advice on this or how I should prepare for the interview?

Hi guys, I am working at qualitest from 2.5 months, i haven't got into any project yet and now i have cleared interview in siemens i am confused what to do .

I have around 3 yrs experience and 9lpa package .
It's hybrid in siemens thats why I am confused will we be allowed to work 5 days from office

Companies lowball and keep employees with nearly 10% hike.
Same company will hire a new employee with 40-60% or more hike.

To me it appears like companiss themselves are forcing ppl to switch and not to stay.

I mean I do not care much about money, I am pretty satisfied with the things I can do and things I can buy.

But the thing is our minds work with numbers. I see SDE roles at MAANG or other companies offer higher packages. I feel like I should aim for more in life if people can get paid more at this experience or age.
