I have ADHD and have been learning about different ways to manage it. I know treatments often include medication, therapy, and lifestyle changes like organization and routines. What are some effective remedies or strategies you would recommend for coping with ADHD symptoms?

I have ADHD too, and what’s helped me most is breaking tasks into smaller steps, using time-blocking, and setting phone alarms as reminders. I also journal daily to track focus patterns. Therapy and regular exercise have also made a HUGE difference alongside meds.
I've found time blocking to be very helpful. I have a hard time staying focused on one task for too long, so breaking up my day into mini blocks where I'm constantly shifting focus really helps me stay focused. And, obviously, medication. I'm prescribed 30 mg adderall per day and don't know how I'd function without it.
