I am about to receive an offer from EY GDS for a role of a Business Analyst_Banking finance (Principal Consultant) with a CTC of 27 LPA (inclusive of 10% variable).

I am having 10.5 YOE. Is this grade relevant which they have offered, taking my YoE into account? How much i can negotiate upto in CTC front? I mean the highest slab of Principal consultant?

Has anyone else noticed they’re stressed without “feeling” stressed? I don’t feel as stressed as when I was in college. However, I’m still on the job hunt and I think stress is manifesting itself without me realizing it. My skin is showing really bad acne, I feel unmotivated even to fill out job applications; I’m having trouble falling asleep at night and even though I sleep past noon sometimes I still feel tired during the day... I’m planning to work with a rental mgmt company that has 3 properties in my complex. They’ll charge 1 month rent for the marketing and 7.9% mgmt fee.
