I have an initial interview for a Customer Onboarding Experience Manager position coming up for DeepL (AI Start-Up that just moved out to Austin from Germany). I was wondering if anyone had any info on what kind of salary would be expected for this kind of role; based on my experience, I was aiming for 85k - 95k.

Hey fishes. I have been offered Management Consultant role with CTC break up in terms of JB, RB, fixed and variable. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component?
