I have an interview at an office with better hours, but I'm nervous to leave my current job. It pays the bills, but it drains me. How do you decide if an opportunity is worth going for versus the security of a job that wears you out?

Need genuine advise. Got a call from Oasis Resource management pvt ltd. They said that they can help in conducting interviews in canada or UK. Total 5 interviews. They will charge 72k for this and 2k for profile investigation. They claim that under work permit, accomodation, travel cost, meal will be borne by employer for whole work visa tenure along with salary as per profile and market standard.
Are they legit ?
Should i proceed with them ?
Any chance of them being fraud ?
I m ca 7+ yoe 32ctc.

Does anyone think it’s a good idea to beg for a job and put your personal life out there to get sympathy, because that is what I am seeing every day on LinkedIn and then the recruiters and everybody will comment and send the jobs and they will end up with a job or interview the next day.
I’m getting close to the point of doing that because it seems like it is working.

The division I’m currently in seems like there are no good opportunities, and I have the funds available to finish my undergraduate full time (Canada). Interviewing for Cyber Sec role. At very beginning they ask salary exp. I said usual way to postpone that question, and to figure out their range for role. On final interview and I mentioned 85-95k and they said it’s on the lower end for role…. Did I lowball myself?

I had call with the HR for he position based out of Mumbai everything in interview and they are ready to share the offer. however, I quoted for 10 lakhs and they said for fixed pay of 8.75.
Although, i checked on Google as well average pay they are giving is 9.7 lakh
So should I accept the offer as per their negotiation or shall positively tell them why 10 lakh is justified?
