I have an interview with BlackRock after a recruiter for BR reached out to me for an interview. I am coming from ERP implementations at a middle market accounting and consulting firm. I have previously worked in capital markets at a bank years ago and I suspect this was a keyword that tipped them off to me.

I have been consulting for 5 years and have been consisting moving back to banking and seems like a good opportunity. Looking to see any tips from BlackRock employees or gentle tips.

How do you deal with an HR that ghosts you after 3 interviews that went really well? I landed an offer at Deloitte as a sr. consultant, and then negotiated for a managerial role. I was told all interviewers were really happy with me so she would be glad to arrange a reevaluation for the new role(I was interviewed by 2 Sr. Managers & an MD for Sr. Consultant role and will have to take another round with a partner for the managerial position). I tried following up thrice after, no response.
