Do you have accounting experience? Do you have a pulse? If you got the interview the job is yours

Yea. I was a senior associate at a mid size firm. this is an interview for contractor

Just practice all the behavioral questions. I would also be prepared to answer why you're leaving your current job for PwC. Also have some questions to ask them, but that should be easy to take up time/fluff since you can talk about "these unprecedented times"

First, learn how to write the company name correctly: PwC

Hii Sharks, I am currently with 12 L fixed and due for promotion within 6 months then my fixed might go with around 15.5 L with extra variable pay in PwC only. In pwc WFH option is there.

Now I got offer from KPMG where there are giving 16 L fix + 1 L JB. Also HR gave one day more to discuss. In KPMG need to go office at Bangalore.

Now is it worth to switch KPMG with that package by considering WOO, tax 30% effect ?

What amount I can tell KPMG to make my switch from PWC ?

Help me leads.

(1/2) Hi all, based in the UK 🇬🇧, would appreciate your advice on how I could break into product management.

Context: Graduated in 2019 (Finance), 2 years at EY as a business consultant on mix of pmo projects and tech projects where I was developer (data vis, power platform, sql, vba, data analysis etc.). Joined Google on a 6 month contract as a data analyst.

Should I be applying for product analyst roles? Should I apply for strategy consulting? Could I go straight for prod mgmt roles?

Quick one, Is it okay to always ask for time to collect thoughts before answering questions during case interviews or should we shoot from the hip? I stutter naturally so speaking without a bit of time to collect thoughts can be hard.

I've a question on what sections to put on a regular resume. I see some people are using consulting style resume for outside companies as well. Do you think it's a good idea to devide work experience by projets? Or is it better to have "projects highlights" separate from work experience.. something like: intro>functional expertise> project highlights>work experience>education?

10-12 days back I had an interview with UBS. I have not received any feedback yet. In UBS portal application is shown as interviews in progress. I have joined Sunlife yesterday. I was having offer from Capgemini as well but decided to join Sunlife.

I am settled in Bangalore and cannot relocate to Gurgaon. Sunlife HR provided me remote work option.

Now I am not sure that was fair decision for me or not.

CTC was almost same.

Need your comments.

Thank you!
