McKinsey & Company I am joining the McKinsey & Company Boston office in late July and searching for housing in the meantime. If I could get some insight on the ratio of days in the office vs work from home that would be super helpful!
If I need to come into the office regularly I will try to find a place close by.
McKinsey & Company McKinsey & Company I have my first rounds (2 cases) for a position at the risk practice. Will I be interviewed by consultants in the risk practice? I wonder if I can ask some risk practice specific questions at the end of the interviews. (Didn’t get the names of the interviewers yet so I cannot google)

1. No you’re too junior
2. You don’t want to be evaluated next to post Harvard, Stanford, etc. MBAs,
Doesn’t hurt to.
But with no MBA and only 2 YoE odds are they won’t.

No way, you’d need 4-5 years of experience for associate role
You need to come in with either 5+ YOE, an MBA, JD, or PhD to enter as an associate. With any masters outside of an MBA you come in as a BA
I think the guidance was 3YOE + Master’s to be considered for associate roles.
An MS isn’t really seen the same way as an mba. You are in the same bucket as an undergrad with work experience. Associate would require at least 3-5 years of experience even with an MS. You should come in as an experienced BA. I think the leveling is accurate.
