I have an offer from AXA XL a well known insurance firm.
I have overall around 11 years experience out of which 9 years in current company.
Current company base is too low 20.1 lpa and RSU projected is around 4l.
The ctc details are 32.6 lpa incl of variables also with no RSUs as they do not offer RSUs.
I am totally frustrated with layoffs , my current work and also less salary here with current company.
Any advise for me?

Do not lose hope..just keep on giving interviews..even if you don't get much hike now ,join new one and switch again after 6 months or so

In one way you are correct but 6 months is too short I will try after 1 year if the environment doesn't look great.
My current company is doing layoffs after layoffs hence I have lost any interest in continuing there.

Would have to finance the whole thing myself. Current net worth is 140k. Thoughts?
