I have an offer from AXA XL a well known insurance firm.
I have overall around 11 years experience out of which 9 years in current company.
Current company base is too low 20.1 lpa and RSU projected is around 4l.
The ctc details are 32.6 lpa incl of variables also with no RSUs as they do not offer RSUs.
I am totally frustrated with layoffs , my current work and also less salary here with current company.
Any advise for me?

Hello! Looking at an opportunity with established startup in UK that's just been acquired by a large co. I'm US based and my salary is around $250k (NYC) -I've been asked my expectation without the startup giving me a range to work from (though I've asked). I'm not sure how to reply to them because I have a feeling that my requirement may be out of their range and while I don't want to undercut my value, I also don't want to be cut out of the process because it's an interesting co. Hi guys, I got an offer from x and i discussed that with my current. At 1st current said they can only give 30% increment. I said I can't stay with this cause i got 70% and expect at least 50%(as the 70% included VP and the current org don't have vp, they have bonus). Then they said they can do max 45%. I really wanted to stay here so I said okay to current. Then now hr called me and said they are matching the offer(no vp). What should I make out of it? What made them change their mind?
