I have an offer from AXA XL a well known insurance firm.
I have overall around 11 years experience out of which 9 years in current company.
Current company base is too low 20.1 lpa and RSU projected is around 4l.
The ctc details are 32.6 lpa incl of variables also with no RSUs as they do not offer RSUs.
I am totally frustrated with layoffs , my current work and also less salary here with current company.
Any advise for me?

I would like to hit fire between 40-50. Currently 27, 185k total comp (125 for me and 60 for partner). Like my job don’t hate it don’t love it. Does an MBA make sense? Hi Fishes, I'm in a huge dilemma now. Im currently working with TCS and my CCTC is 10.29 LPA and I hold 2 offers, one with with Bank of America for 17.5 LPA Fixed and with CTS for 19 LPA.
My last date is Dec-30 and I received a call today from TCS HR for retaining me for 16 LPA max.
Earlier,before the call I had Bank of america in mind ahead of CTS for its work culture ,hike %, job security and other benefits. But here in TCS also I have very good role, job security and comfort.Please suggest!!
