I have received offer from sales force as a analyst planning(same as current profile) , the package is 200%more than what i have now but its a contract job. Is the work culture at Salesforce banglore good even for contract workers. How is the pressure and risk? are contract employees treated well too?

Cost of living Trivandrum is better…
if you have to relocate with just 3 lakh more, it's not a hike at all.. wait for longer and get a better offer.
In banglore you'll save less than your current savings. in trivandrum, you'll not have as many opportunities.
Cost of living, traffic, and quality of life (more from a family perspective) is better at Trivandrum.
If choosing for Bangalore, i guess most of the hike you are getting will be hike for increase in rent which you have to pay at Bangalore.
Also, while relocating dont forget to ask for the relocation bonus and 15-30 days company sponsored stay(which most companies offer) so that you will get enough time to find a better stay.
Look for other offer.. relocating in this package in other city will be same impact
Opt for Trivandrum
I'm from Kerala, I'll advise you to go to Bangalore. Trivandrum is great but your salary will stagnate. Bangalore gives you better opportunities
It is very less package to relocate. Continue in pune and upgrade your skills.
I'm from Trivandrum, so here's my perspective.
If your main goal is career growth, higher salaries, and access to more opportunities, Bangalore is the better choice.
If you value a lower cost of living, better work-life balance, and less traffic, Kerala is a great option. In Trivandrum, you can usually find affordable rentals within 1–2 km of your workplace. However, if you plan to switch jobs frequently, the options are limited. There are fewer than 10 major MNCs, and most of the remaining companies are small or mid-sized.
Also, Bangalore is most affordable if you're single and staying in a PG or shared accommodation. If you're relocating with your family, rent can be quite expensive, especially if you want to live close to your office. Otherwise, you'll likely have to deal with heavy traffic , which can affect your work-life balance. Better find a job within Pune.
Trivandrum is better
Don't come to Bengaluru very costly
