Does the offer going to contain Bonus component as well or should I ask for it. Please share the View on working culture inside Maas360 ISL products as well.

I Appeared for an interview for RPA - Automation Anywhere. I didn't got any response after the interview. Then when I reached hiring manager through LinkedIn I got to know I cleared all the rounds but my expected cts is high so they might have rejected. First thing is I never said what I am expecting . And I clearly told In managerial round that I am open for salary discussion.

I worked in PwC for 1.5 years and the moved to Oracle on last July with 50% hike(CCTC is 14.5LPA). I was hired for Application Developer 2 but often I’m getting QA work and I don’t like this job. So looking for a change.

l interviewed for Deloitte (India not USI) in January, and accepted an offer letter with DOJ of 25th April, later HR asked me to join on 11th April for which I agreed. Now I haven't received the revised offer letter or any links other than BGV and Pre-Hire form from Deloitte and now the HR is not even picking my calls or responding to emails.

I need an advice/suggestion here. I got an offer from 2 different organisations and choose one among them (Role: Analyst) because of the culture and benefits. And the other offer has a good pay and good designation (Associate Consultant) rather than the one I choose. Now i feel very low due to this decision that I took. If one Organization HR told me we will blacklist you. So I want to know exactly they can do blacklist or just showing fear of Blacklist ?
