I have been a caregiver for over 10 years, I have management and leadership experience . I only been at my job for 6 weeks. I was approach with a new position proposal. The job requirements are visiting clients and staff, dropping off supplies, fill in for last minute changes to schedule's. My question is should I be a salary employee with a company business card for travel expenses? or $20 an hour? I would be driving my own personal car for 6 hrs 5 days a week. How should I respond?

I've worked for the past 3 years in a practice that is heavily consulting based (inbound and outbound structuring) and I feel like I'm only just starting to understand the foundational concepts (where I can explain them clearly to clients) and offering a shred of value. I got an offer from Pwc IAC, HR confirmed over mail that this is a permanent work from home position. But not mentioned in the offer letter.

I got an email confirmation from HR, which simply says "you can work anywhere from India".
