I have seen mail stating your last promotion should be before July 2021 so I fit in that. And my performance is also good in current project from January 2021.
I have messaged my manager to nominate me for band progression, he read that but didn't reply anything. He is not so co-operative and my TL is new to project.

I've been working at my current job for about a year now and I'm finally beginning to understand how the company works.

It's not easy, though. It's a small company, which means there are only a few of us in each department. There is no dedicated training team, so we all have to learn new things on the fly through trial-and-error or by asking our coworkers for help. The management team seems to be pretty hands off when it comes to project management and project direction, so it's up to us engineers to figure out how we want to spend our time and who we want to work with.

I've been a government attorney for nearly three years now and have worked in the same office/division since I passed the bar. I've yet to receive a promotion other than two cost of living increases (in sum, a pay increase of 6k over 3 years). I know this is meager, but I'm mostly ok with it, I just want to see some recognition. On the other hand, it's hard for me to imagine negotiating because (given my inexperience), I don't feel I'd be able to do better anywhere else. Any advice?

I have hit my wall. I cannot do public accounting any longer. I cannot deal with the constant focus on compliance, billable hour and the general unproductive behaviors/mindsets. Relatively new position at a coveted firm as their Marketing and BD manager. Have suffered burnout and depressive episodes previously: can feel the symptoms raising it’s head. Most importantly, struggling to tolerate how directors speak to me, whereas previously I wouldn’t take it personally and get on with it. My manager has given me rating 1 in confirmatory appraisal on may 18 may which happened after completion of 1 year at wipro.

Hello, in my previous organisation I worked in development domain (Oracle IAM Tool and Java)and my post was software Engineer, i joined Wipro as project Engineer in April 2022 and was assigned non technical project as an analyst.

I fought my way hard to get released from the project. However my designation is changed as Analyst. Should I ask for change in designation as I know that analyst is non-technical profile? Would my designation impact my future role as well?
