I have been getting yearly raises from 3% to 5% since after the first year. I have been working as an outpatient PT for over 20 years now. Should at least be 3% to cover rising cost of living and inflation. Reimbursement for Medicare increased per unit in outpatient, so they should afford to give you raises.
Have you not had a raise the entire time you have been there? You should be getting yearly adjustments and that is the minimum.
I have not, which is why I want to come prepared for this meeting. And as a salaried employee, I am trying to figure out what is an appropriate raise(% of my pay) to ask for.
our company gives 1 or 2% across the board (all departments) typically. we are acute care hospital. IDK what OP therapists get that are not affiliated with our facility
