I've worked at the same engineering firm for 4 years. I'm currently making $161k with only a $750 bonus, but excellent vacation (4 weeks, cash out anytime, rolls over indefinitely), 45 hours a week. I have an interview with a recruiter at Guidehouse this week for a Technical Project Manager role. It seems to be focused in the government space and requires a security clearance. What sort of salary and benefits could I expect for this sort of role at Guidehouse?

Vegas is the pits. It's like a gigantic strip club in the form of a city. Seems nice but just ends up being delressing
If you're young, do yourself a favor and go. A good carefree time but take some cash with you. I've made $3k in a night and spent $3k in a night... all works out. For the record I've been quite a few places in the world, including vegas.
Ehh it's a different American experience. Go with your college or business school friends

Vegas is an amazing anthropological artifact. Only in America! Not everyone's cup of tea, but it's worth seeing. You don't have to be a gambler to enjoy it. If you can afford it, take a helicopter tour.
