I have been fortunate to have worked in some of the top global companies in the earlier part of my career. It set the bar pretty high for me. This said, I now work for a company that makes more money but the workforce is mediocre and downright toxic. After almost two years, I've started job hunting again. I have another 10 years left before I retire and I don't see myself tolerating a work environment that no longer resonates with my personal values.

Question for my 401k focused advisors out there--what programs are you using that is instrumental to your 401k practice that you simply can't do without? I'm being pitched on Envestnet & im not sold.

I love teaching art but am having to teach remotely to 1150 kids, k - 5. Have about 54 amazing elementary art teachers in my district that share SO much! I could retire (34 yrs), but just don’t want to because I love what I do! Feeling like my students aren’t getting what they should because I am struggling with Zoom, Microsoft, safe YouTube, bitmoji, embedding, downloads, editing, etc. Anyone else feeling this way?

What does 401k mean?

Assalamo Alaikum brothers and sisters . Hoping to get some advice on 401K . I researched the target retirement fund and all of them have financial institutions so I don't want to invest in target date funds. I am not sure which funds I can invest in ? Can I ask fidelity for an alternative based on my beliefs? If so, what should I request ? Any IBMer here any insight on what options we have for 401K in Fidelity? JazakAllah Khair.

Regarding the WSJ article.. Can anyone in PE explain why any pension fund would be interested in buying single family homes? Extremely illiquid, historically follows inflation.... Do they think Texas will go the way of CA? Ie/ zoning and artificial cost inflation due to supply constraints by the govt?
