I have been in healthcare for 12 +years. Experience in community outreach, health education, disease management and lately doing program coordination. With this latest role I oversee grant deliverables, improve processes and workflows, keep track of actions taken to meet grant goals, maintain relationship with stakeholders. I am working on my CAPM and would like to do healthcare PM or other fields later on. Any PM recruiters that can give me some insight to transition to a PM role as a newbie?

Fresher MBA here , got campus placed in ICICI Bank . The role was not made clear when they were taking us for campus placement. Now I think I am in very intense field work role as a RM mortgage. Should I stick in it for better future aspects or immediately switch due to huge field work.

Made a career pivot to another agency. During the interview we talked about how it may start as initially a "step backwards" (pay/benefits) but has potential for more long term growth. First day was yesterday. Had no communication about when or where to show up, sat in an empty office for about half an hour before a couple people finally showed. No phone call or email. Sent an email to the founder, no response. I could easily get my old job back if wanted.

First trimester insomnia?
I’m only about 5 weeks, but my sleep schedule has gone off the rail the last three nights. I’m sleepy/drowsy, settled in bed around the same time every night, and yet I cannot fall or stay asleep. I have a white noise machine, comfy bed, cool room.. etc. When I do fall asleep, it’s earlier in the morning and I sleep until 1/1:30pm.
