Can someone tell me that by when can I expect next call from them on my selection or rejection?
Also are they sending any rejection mail if not selected? How to know the status of my application after 2nd round?

I have done a big mistake by joining EY.. I regret daily.. i don't know where I am going n what I am doing.. they have made me sick n mentally ill.. even I want to cry but i m not able to do.. just want to left this organisation but not able to do so because of the market condition.

What leadership is gonna achieve by sacrificing employee flexibilities and spoiling their happiness, it can ultimately lead to resignation and loss of great talents.
