I have been offered a promotion at my job (HR in New Orleans). I have been here since June but have lost my manager (fired in August, so now it is just me in HR). I have been playing both roles since then (the company is 40 people). I am currently making 52k but want to ask for 70k. It's a huge jump, but I have implemented many processes and structure that they did not have before: trainings, policy review, SOPS, employee surveys, etc. Recommendations? I want to ask for backpay too.

Right so here’s a bit of a dilemma I work to a much higher standard at home and it’s this high standard that means I’m in line for a promotion. I’ve grown so much and I feel really strong in my role I’m also busier than ever. The problem is we’re going back into the office and I don’t want to go in if it’s just going to be senior management in asking me to get them lunches for client meetings or fetch a glass of water and cutlery for meeting rooms. Just got an offer from PwC for 47.5K for SA role in Manchester. Feels kinda low considering everyone just got a 7%+ pay raise. Can anyone comment if this is in line or not? I was told this would put me above the SA band

Currently working in-house for a large bio pharma - like the company and most of the people, but the work is really getting monotonous and I just leaned through the grapevine that I am making significantly less money ($15k to $30k) than others in the same level/grade as me.
