What is the motivating factor for any employee who works day and night, clocks in 12+ hrs and delivers the best he/she can?

I have been working as a PreSales SA for 4 years for a tech giant. It has been a while that I feel like I am not growing at my job which is impacting my productivity. How should I address this to reach a conclusion as to what I should do next? Maybe find motivation or look for an exit strategy?
