No one cares anymore. This isn’t 1995. Take it from someone who is on his 6th job in10 years. Concerns about job hopping have only came up once in all of my interviews

Have you gotten promoted anywhere? Maybe get promoted to M (if you’re not already) at your current place.
In general recruiters are looking for a story, what prompted the move. Hiring managers may have a bigger qualm depending on how they build their teams, but if you plan to stay in consulting it may not matter unless you want to be a partner.
I'd be surprised if it isn't a red flag already. Also, are you staying put long enough to get promoted though
i think if i were you I'd try staying put at at least your current job or the next for at least four years, I've recruited a lot and those CVs actually scream red flags to me.
It's more about how you talk about your experience/ development not necessarily the years you invest in any one company.
As long as you can explain it and have a good story, you’re fine. I’ve had 4 different jobs in 5 years and trying to make a move to my 5th.
Yeah no one gives a shit. New game. People don’t chill at companies for 20 years anymore. It’s a losing move.
Don't worry about that if you're under 10 yoe, in consulting, want to stay in consulting now, and your title has advanced over the years. Old school f500s wont like it though, unless you make it to a phone screen and your story is you want to exit consulting and put down roots. And you'll never fully know what you're missing out on due to that history because those places who care won't message you on linkedin or pick you for a phone screen to begin with.
I mean as long as you can justify it. someone I know has been through 10+ diff companies (sometimes by choice, other times layoff) and he said the salaries just keep going down. so just be careful.
