I have been trying to get into Salesforce for a while and seems like even with relevant experience and location and everything, it somehow just doesn’t work out. Applied to Microsoft and Amazon and least got interviews lined up in the past but Salesforce seems like a totally different company in terms of how profiles get picked up and you get interview calls. Any tips on how to get past this first seemingly hard wall of recruitment?

I recently had an interview with HCL and cleared 2 rounds of technical interview. I waited for a week for HR call but no such call was received. I then contacted the POC who scheduled the interview (he is an HCL employee) and he said that I have been shortlisted and will receive HR call shortly. This was 1 week ago and I have still not received any call. Has anyone else faced the same issue? And if yes, should I even expect a call fro HR?

What should I do now ? Or I will get the offer Lett from HCL or not ?

Any books/self help materials for someone who is constantly worrying (and waste a lot of unnecessary time)? E.g. No matter if i pass or fail an interview, there is always something to worry about.
