I have been working in the Public/Community Affairs business for 25 years. I want to take a year off - or gap year - and return to a different company. Any advice from a recruiter or human resources professional when I decide to re-enter the job market?

How long does it take to get a job , when you actively apply every day for weeks. Or better still how do I do it right?

Tiger Analytics has started firing their new joineers(freshers) as they don't have adequate projects. I don't know where the freshers will go as they haven't done any project as such.
