First American Financial Corporation I have attended two rounds of interview in First American Finan Company last week and have received an email that I have been selected in their interview process. The talent acquisition team did not send me an offer letter instead have sent me a BGC form which I submitted yesterday. I found it very strange as usually first offer letter is rolled out and then BGC check happens if the candidate accepts the offer. Today there was no communication. Can anyone tell me if they faced this situation?TIA

Be prepared for possible questions to be asked and rehearse them because virtual and face to face has alot of difference, you might find yourself awkwardly silent at times.
I attended Capgemini F2F L2 interview at Bangalore few months back. It was Manager + Technical round. For me they asked in depth technical questions. But manager round went like a casual discussion about my day in work, my roles and responsibilities etc. So be prepared in technical aspects. If you are good in English conversations then most probably you can clear the manager round. Good luck.

I had similar experience with LTIMINDTREE. I was called for L2/client round to office.
Capgemini also has some clients who require to call candidates to office for f2f interviews.
They don't give much salary bro, this year hike was a meager 1%.

Again it will be virtual interview from the office.
Nowadays many companies are doing same.

Worst company to work with, I am sharing my realtime experience. You will work your ass off but at the time of your appraisal or promotion they will start crying that company is in loss ..blah...blah reasons.
Don't go for it it will not worth it in your progress to grow your carrier ahead.
Only spitters and lickers grow their but they also have to hustle for couple of years.
There also you will have virtual round only. You will be provided with a desktop/laptop for the virtual round.
For Capgemini even I was called for f2f for second round.
It was a managerial round but full technical and then HR round. They asked if i was willing to attend Client round but need to prepare with DSA.
It's support role of if I am not wrong.

Do not go for any MNCs as a fresher, they just keep you hanging i recommend please explore more options.
