I have experienced since last 15 years of accounts.bank reconciliation.bank online offline payments, wages salary online,party ledger confirmation, debit / credit note,basic knowledge of Gst,Tds ,submission of stock in bank etc.

Received an offer for equity research and IB, both in toronto. ER paying $120k base and my understanding is that bonus can be around 25-30%. IB is paying $105k base but likely higher bonus? Which one would u choose if you think you would be good at both
