I have Fidelity 401k amount and moving back to India. Fidelity mentioned to file Form W-8BEN when withdrawing and there might be international tax treaty between India and US with respect to lower taxes to get the advantage. Can anyone provide inputs or information links on such tax treaty signed between the two countries? Thank you!
