I have found a role at Microsoft that I am qualified for and a good skills/experience fit.
It’s a Director title. I’m a big 4 Director. Is that equivalent or should I be looking lower/higher?
Thanks

Depends on the role. Seniority and responsibilities for the director title varies from team to team

Ok thanks. Any broad advice? Like overall it’s a similar alignment?

It depends but judging from my SC move from D to l63 at MS it seems to be on par…assuming you are going to be a l67?

I’ve worked in sales for 12 years (8 years retail sales and management, 4 years inside tech sales and management). I’m feeling the burn and looking for something else in the tech field. I’m making $140k. I have a college degree but no marketing, engineering, or product experience. What other departments/jobs could I jump to and still keep close to my OTE? I’m pretty good at Salesforce and have thought about a SFDC admin type role, but that’s all I’ve thought of so far.

I think I've failed twice in answering these correctly in my interviews
This is for a Visual designer's position
1. What was the breakpoint for design
2. Did you design the components and design system?
3. How was your handoff to developers (I've never one that)
4. Wht was the most challenging part of this project.
5. What is something you would re-design if you were to go back.

Judge-shopping is frowned upon in most jurisdictions, if not actually prohibited in the local Bar rules or in legislation. So, how do you handle providing your client with necessary advice when you walk into court and see that Judge Hardass is presiding? A colleague of mine is currently facing a Bar discipline panel over warning off his client. What should you do in that situation?

I have a VC/GE interview coming up (phone screen) and personally don’t know much about the space , it’s just an area that has always seemed interesting.

Does anyone have Recommendations on how to get up to speed/good questions to ask during the phone screen?

I would assume the first call will be pretty standard to any other company, but just want to be prepared.
