I have given 4 rounds of interviews for a lead role at Target.
1st screening round with Director. Followed by a pair programming round. Then another technical deep dive with another director/principal engineer guy.
Lastly I had my hiring manager round.

After this, the HR has not responded back. It has been exactly a week since the HM round. According to me, all rounds went well and I am expecting a positive feedback.

Is it normal Or am I missing something?

I recently joined Swiss Re at 30lpa, pretty good manager and work culture. Got a hike of 10% in 3 months without me asking for it. But got an offer from another company which I was interviewing for before joining here and they are offering a base of 45lpa. Now I am unsure how I convey this to my manager coz I want to stay here but at the same time I am salivating over this new offer and wish I get similar numbers here. Is it worth raising a discussion? I applied for a job at Visa and was contacted the same day. A few days later I had a 30-minute screening interview with the hiring manager. I knew I was very early in the process since the job had only been posted for a few days. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back, even after reaching out to the recruiter.
