I have given interview and they said that I have cleared the round later I have submitted all my documents but they yet didn't release my offer letter they are saying that we need the client approvals can anyone help me on this Accenture hiring process waiting from 1 week after documentation

Looking to pivot from biotech to big tech in a less technical role (bizops, analytics, implementation manager) . I have a degree from Stanford in Biology (c/o 2021) and experience leading technical client implantations, but feel like companies just see my degree isn’t finance/CS/ statistics, and throw out my application. Am I overthinking? And what certifications have you seen help boost a person’s resume?

Currently work with finance industry. Looking for SE role in Travel/hospitality industry (I.e. EXPE, Marriott, Southwest, AA, Delta, airlines).

What title do you list on a resume of the job you performed did not match? You were performing another job? I have read conflicting reviews. Less mcqs and more sims. I like sims better for far than mcqs for some reason. While the opposite for audit since it's more subjective. Plus the 15 minute break is nice. Took 12 minutes to drink use the bathroom and just clear my mind before hitting the home stretch. But do expect from DRS sims. I got 3! But I don't find those hard, just very time consuming since the overwhelming amount of info they throw at you.

I'm having 5.1yrs of experience in java development. Barclays offered me 16 lpa. Now I'm having offer of 23.5lpa+1L joining bonus.
I asked Barclays HR for offer revision.

Can I expect revised offer letter? Will they match 23.5 or above.

Till yesterday, my job status on Barclays portal was job offered. In evening, I got a mail saying congratulations on your offer & they have asked to click on the Barclays portal link and to accept the offer within 5 days, I did the same, now job status has been changed to offer accepted. But I didn't get Offer Letter via Mail. Guys, Do I need to wait for offer Letter or the one which I have accepted on portal is the same?
