I have given the technical interview in Accenture during the last week of March,2024. Within a week I got confirmation that I have cleared the technical round. After that Managerial round was scheduled on 1st April,but no one has joined the call on that day. I have dropped an email for the same too and have been receiving call from HR's afterwards but still now haven't receive any new reschedule dates. Has anyone faced this same problem? Also what questions can I expect during Managerial round.

After HR interview, I agreed on 10L fixed pay for a Sr Analyst role. But they increased upto 11.8 in offerletter. With variable pay, it amounts to 136% hike. Does this happen usually??? YOE: 3.9
