I have got an offer from accenture with base of 10lpa + 1.8 lpa . Should I renegotiated with Hr for increase in base. Position is Analyst Data Science with 1.8 year of experience. I was laid off from my previous company on 30 April. Please help I need some useful advice.( Ambition box show 90k - 95 k in hand)

I am a junior full stack dev looking to move to a better paying junior role or a mid role and honestly these style of questions have always stumped me. I have found that in a year of work to have never found them useful in tackling real world issues. Now I'm moving from a junior to a mid can I still expect leetcode style questions?

Need Advice:

An agency I’ve gotten a lot of work from reached out about a five-week gig. After I accepted, it was downgraded to two weeks.

Since, the KO meeting has been pushed back twice, a week total, so the project is starting a week after the initial email agreement. They’re not paying for the time I’ve been waiting.

On the one hand, it’s been slow and I don’t have a competing offer, (actual leverage). On the other hand, it’s disrespectful of my time.

What would you do?

Curious what the base and commission structure is for inside sales and associate director of sales in biotech (also anyone else who wants to share pls put industry). Paid hourly or salary? At the biotech company I work at avg inside sales is $62,632 with a $3500 per quarter cap. Commission structure is % based on sales quota reached vs capped (not a direct % of sales). I’m underpaid at $53000 with $3500 cap per quarter.

Do we feel that agencies really respect firewalls in the networks? I’ve seen examples where network agencies share highly confidential info during pitches...win at all costs. Don’t feel comfortable.

I went through my gf’s phone and found out she had a crush on my best friend when we first started dating (over a year ago). But one peculiar thing is happening. I have appeared for 4 Cognizant interviews but in all I have been rejected. Whereas most of my friends had easily cleared Cognizant. I am switching tech, so I am a bit concerned like whether my knowledge is too shallow😐
