I have got an offer from HSBC and another one from Experian. Experian is offered 2 lakhs more on HSBC + variable pay 10%. I am worried about job security in HSBC. I am hearing layoffs happening. Please suggest current situation in HSBC. Which one do you suggest. Is there offer revision happens in HSBC?

I got laid off from deloitte. Now i work in cre asset management. I don't love my job. I am on visa (opt stem) . I need to work on finding happiness with my work to be more productive and be happy. Remember one thing - If some companies are laying off employees then it's equally a good chance for the other companies to get talented resource . Here things will remain balanced mostly and there's no need to fear . Not all companies do layoff at the same time. You may end up getting a 100% hike too. Just believe in yourself and focus on your skillset, time to brush up and pull up your socks. Stay safe , stay positive !

How am I expected to bill 1900 hours when I only have 8 cases and when I ask for work no one responds.
