I have got an offer in British Telecom ( BT e-Serve) as Design Engineer Professional. I am currently having 4 YOE in Oracle Database Development. Is it a good company to join considering WLB, Salary Hikes, Career Growth and onsite oppurtunities?

What all benefits I can get from LTi in next 6 months or so ?
