I have H1B processed this year via lottery. Currently in review with USCIS. I also got an offer from Deloitte as a contract to hire for a fixed 1 year term (26%fixed hike)and will be moved as the same client payroll as mentioned in the offer( however depending upon performance).

I am project manager in clinical research industry (CRO). After earning PhD, I gave up my science dream to take a more stable job. I racked up about $20k in credit card debt due to a confluence of things happening at once (move, school expenses , etc ). I have a fair amount of paper assets but not a much free cash. I passed out in 2013 and started job in 2015 on contractual basis till mid 2017 and during this Many payroll companies changed for that particular contract and in this duration my PF, tax didn't deduct and no record in PF portal. Then joined Infosys in mid 2017. So now wanted to know can I show my experience from 2017 to apply in companies as for bgv many companies ask for PF statement or form 16 for all previous companies. How should I deal for 4 years gap if i show exp. from 2017 ?
