When I called HR i got a surprise answer..
They mentioned the position which I have intervied is different than the salary rem ranges. And my current salary is higher than position what they have got and asked for approval for rem ranges changes..
Is any one faced this? Ideally HR should know expectation and allocation before scheduling intervjew..

Netcracker Technology Corp. I recently gave interview for the Netcracker Technol.During the initial calls they confirmed my current salary and expected salary. Then they proceeded with the technical rounds and finally HR round was also cleared. They asked me to wait for the offer letter as they required approval from business. After a week when I got no updates on the offer letter i texted them asking about the same. They replied me on the text that the business did not gave approval for the offer. TBC in comment section..
Is HARMAN really recruiting for permanent remote roles? Would they ask us to come to office after sometime? I am a bachelor woman supporting my sickly parents and can't move them out of city. And my city don't have harman office. HR did mention permanent remote, still want to confirm as I've heard many cases people were called back across different product based companies. Please, don't believe on Capgemini. Even they will not release the offer or upload the offer in portal at the last day. You will get all the mails from them that selected, onboarding everything but offer won't be there in portal. And can revoke the candidature or offer on last day also.
So don't believe on Capgemini at all .

HR recommending to do such unethical things shows the quality and professionalism of the particular unit of Capgemini(I don't want to be stereotype blaming the whole organization). Don't fall in the trap.

Wait until you get the offer from Cap, check what the joining date is.
Check with Amdocs, if they can release you early.
If it comes down to buying out the notice, check with CAP if they can help you with that.
If not, absconding is the only option you are left with.
Working at 2 places at one time, definitely not rcmnded.
If things go south, no one's coming to help you and legal action will rest you for good.

When u got placed in some other company after capgemini then in background verification you will get caught through pf at your UAN through 2 employees for the same months. It is happening now and in that case the new company will not hire you bcoz of this.
