I have 7 years of experience and recently i got offer from CTS as a Sr. Associate. I am into testing and into automation since last 3 years. I don't have automation architect type knowledge but I do automating scenarios with selenium and Java. I am not into framework development. Now if I join CTS at 15.7 package will they expect me to work into framework development or just as a tester who does automation sprint wise scenarios. Please only genuine suggestion. I am into dilemma.

I proceed to ask how much PTO is offered and he said that is not recommend within the first 6 months of working and the harder you work the more PTO you receive. I’ve worked for a medical consultant company in Houston the last two years doing various things from billing to patient care to even doing medical records request. I have been looking for a job preferably where I can put my masters in healthcare administration to use but most of the jobs I went to apply for I qualify for everything but the management and supervisory years.
