I have offer from below companies for big data engineer role with AWS:
HCL
WIPRO
IBM
EPAM
OPTUM
IMPETUS (will be getting offer soon)

SALARY is more in Hcl and least in optum.
For other companies its in between.
Should I go for optum even though salary ks least as it is product based or should i be choosing service based company as per salary.
I am only 5 yr experience and Willing to focus on learning along with good WLB.

1 MONTH notice is still left.

I have interviews coming up at BD in Maryland and, coming from the hospital world, I have no clue what salary to ask for. The position is a scientist/quality role for microbiology research and development. For context, I have 4 years of experience in a hospital blood bank and am a certified Medical Laboratory Technologist. I was thinking in the 65-70k range, but the recruiter made it seem like that was easily attainable so I’m worried I’m asking too low. Would 75-80k be do-able?
