I have received an offer from Oracle for 18.44LPA with 4.5 YOE as a site reliability developer ( IC2 ). I want to know what all I need to check and validate before accepting the offer. Especially I'm relocating from Hyderabad to Bangalore. I'm not at all sure about the salary range for that particular role / level at oracle. Any suggestions or recommendations for me? How should I move further?
