I have recently interviewed for another Career Opportunity. However, I now feel "guilty", like everyone "just knows". How do I stop this guilt and realize it's time to move onward and upward?

I went to my primary care dr who referred me to another dr who specialized in mental health. My company blames my generation for not being able to hire everyday. “You guys don’t want to work” coming from some overweight, racist, old coaster. I’ve barely taken any days off this year and pick up “skeleton crew” days any chance I get. I was able to work out a deal with my company before I came because of prior experience luckily, but they offer a terrible base salary and sham of a commission structure to new hires + no remote. Then sit here and can’t figure out why…
