Anyone have advice on getting your foot in the door at Google or Meta for a Sales Role? I’ve only got 3.5 years of experience but have achieved Presidents Club and have had success at 2 “blue chip” organizations.

Hey guys, I just found this group and I’m hoping for some guidance/advice! I’m hoping to get into one of the Big 4s or MBB and finally got a few referrals once joining FB. I am 29, have an MA in IOP, and 10 YEO. I have never worked for a non-Jewish company (despite trying pretty damn hard to get out) and I’m freaking out. Just received 2 offers that I’m weighing, both in Advertising tech:
1. Smaller firm about to be acquired by a larger one, Product Marketing role (title would be Sr. PMM)
2. FAANG, Sales Account Manager role (similar to my current role)
I have 5-6 YOE and have been in an Account Management role for most of my career - is it worth making the switch to PMM at a smaller firm or sticking with what I know at a FAANG? Both would have relatively similar comp. Thanks in advance for your input!

I'm a Canadian on the TN visa working in the US and planning on maxing my Roth IRA (6k) and will have enough left to max my 401k this year, but am not sure if I should just use a taxable account over 401k due to tax considerations when I move back to Canada (likely 1-2 years from now). Any thoughts here? I don't think I'll have enough RRSP room to move 401k>IRA>RRSP and I would prefer to not have to file US taxes every year in retirement for withdrawls if I left the 401k in the US.
